Pancakes
Just had these for breakfast - yummy!
Makes about 8 (50ml each) which is 2.5 points for 2.
112g plain flour
2 med eggs
210ml skimmed milk
90ml
LF Spray oil
Sift in the floor, whisk in the egg, gradually add the milk and water until you have a smooth batter. Spray the pan and then get it really hot then reduce to med heat. Tip 50ml of batter in per pancake. Spread out and cook until the top is dry and the underside is browned. Flip over and repeat. Serve and eat straight away.
I top with sauteed apple for an extra 0.5 or my absolute fave lemon and Splenda mmmmm!
