Summer meal ideas

It's that time of the year where I just don't really fancy soup or low point stews for dinner and lean towards a salad or lighter options. I love Caesar salad but I have that a lot and I'm pretty good generally with salads, what I'm really looking for is other low point meal ideas. Anyone got any? What do you all eat when it's warm?

Meals are so hard to get right in the summer! I quite like having chicken (when I refer to meat, mine is veggie, but I'm making it accessible to all!), in herby low fat yogurt marinade, cooked up and put into a wrap with a ton of salad. I know it's not exactly too different from a salad, but it's just making it a bit different. I also like a chilli with mince (2pt) and using some tinned tomato along with one of those Old El Paso bbq chilli sachets. Then I take a large tortilla wrap (about 3pts), cutting it into triangle pieces, lightly spraying with Frylight and baking on a medium-high temperature til crispy. You can also do the same with lasagne sheets for extra crispy tortilla chip style crisps; boil the lasagne until cooked through, cut into triangles, then places on a Frylighted baking tray. You just have to point it accordingly to how much pasta you've had!

I've just had 3.5pt herb baked baby potatoes, 2pt chicken, 2tbs light mayo, and a whollllle load of spring greens sliced up and steamed with garlic and spring onion. That was pretty delicious! I'm stuffed now, that was a lot of greens.

Sounds delish, I like the idea of baked new spuds. I must look into more creative use of wraps. I do chicken fajita and chilli wraps but yours sounds yum.
