How do Propoints relate to Old Weight Watcher's points?
Hi guys,
Just wondering how Propoints relate to old points? I used to go by 60 calories to 1 point. I'm doing Slimming World with some Old Points days e.g. if I want to go out and eat then it makes more sense to count points or if I have too many of their 'Syn' foods then I count points. I was just wondering how propoints works?
