I always go for the zero point soup, though vary the ingredients. Sometimes tomato & pepper based, but recently I've been grabbing a pack of chinese veg from the supermarket and just adding chicken stock, some garlic, ginger & soy sauce. I have a bowl of that without fail when I get home from the gym each day Other suggestions are some crudites with homemade tomato salsa, or make some butternut squash wedges (use fry light). Would love to hear what other people like too, to give me some new ideas x

Thanks I will have to find some soup recipes then. Mums homemade lentil soup I think points as 2 points per bowl so free soup would be ideal! X

Ok I typed in free foods and came up with this thread.

And I know it has been said before but thought I would put my point over with new words lol.

At my new group last night the C handed round sheets of free stuff you can eat - pasta and sauce, some pot noodles ( yuk) and mugshots etc. The newish members were all looking at them and she said you can eat these as much as you want but...............................like we have said before - there is a big difference between foods that have no syns and foods that are free.

Personally I wouldnt touch a pot noodle or a mug shot as I think they are rank but apart from meal times I dont think they should be eaten in abundance.

Don't know it you realise this is a question in the Weight Watcher forum.

“Is this food beneficial to my health and well being?”
If I can ditch the junk so can you.
