    Not enough points..bad?

    Hiyaa,

I didn't realise how much I can eat for my points..I feel like it could be too much to lose anything? Is it true that eating under your points is bad, and will be worse for you in terms of weight loss?
    Thanks,
    n x

Depends how much less youre talking about. Dont fall into the trap of thinking eating way under your points means bigger losses - it doesnt

At the minute I'm keeping up with my points, always happy to eat! Just feels as if I'm eating too much to lose any weight, so wanted to check if it was true that less food isn't good

Try not to eat under your points because you'll really struggle when you move down points when losing weight. Weigh in will reveal that sticking to your points works. Good luck xx
