apologies for my absense. Have actually had a horrible stomach the past few days and though slimfast would be the way to as its just liquid. Was proven wrong! So going to stick to what i know and just take it easy. Am i right in thinking if i dont use all my daily points i can save some up for say the weekend if im feeling better?
