Back to the old skool!
So, i've decided to go back to the old points plan. I have tried and tried to get into the new system but it just doesn't work for me. I do lose weight but i find it so hard to stick to it and i always fall off the wagon. Before i had my youngest child I lost three stone with the old plan over one summer
so i know it works for me. Just wish i hadn't wasted so much money doing the new plan online, only to revert back to this lol
Oh well, onwards and upwards! Anyone else had the same problem with the new system?
