WW Old System
Hi, I'm hoping someone may be able to help me. I did ww years ago and was very successful. I kept the weight off for years put gained weight when I stopped smoking. I tried the new pro point system but never lost weight on it. I would like to do the old points again. I found 3 cookbooks I had stashed away but is there a difference between pure points, switch and 123 success. Also I have searched eBay but can't find any starter packs for sale telling me how many points I should be on or how to work out points. I used to have a calculator but got rid of it. Maybe you might know an app or web page that could help me.. thanks Sinead

Hiya, yeah the new points system did nothing for me either, I've just started back on old style.

I use: Weight Watchers Points Calculator for a handy online calculator when I'm near the computer and iWatchr on my phone to log my points intake - just set it to Euro for old style WW pts. It has a points calculator on there for when you're out and about and you can save favourites, to save remembering everything! :)
