Simply filling help! Bad propointer here

Hi guys! Have been reading some of your amazing diaries. Simply filling seems awesome!! I am a disaster propointer and a carbaholic! Have lose 5.5lbs in the past 3weeks. Not from healthy diet, but because I have been ill. Main symptom, loss of appetite! Heading to the doc today to find out what is going on! Once I get this sorted mind I don't doubt my appetite will be back with a bang!! I have a few questions if you guys wouldn't mind!! I really want to try this!!

How do oven chips or wedges work?! Is there a ww chip recipe like SW have?!

I live on M&S meals. My faves are the pasta salad (pasta, peppers, red onion and dressing, 295cals) and the chicken jambalaya (chicken, rice, tomatoes and onion, 360cals). How would they work?!

I don't eat bread, by choice, I miss it sooooooo much! I eat crackers, wraps, the odd pitta and cracker breads! Would these be free?? The wraps and pittas I eat are actually smaller than the ww ones!

Finally, I love fajitas!! On this I would only have to point the salsa right?!

Sorry for a being a complete pain!! Xxx

WW chips are probably the same as SW chips. Chop up your potato, spray with spray oil and bake in the oven til done. Some people leave the skin on some take it off, your choice. Some sprinkle with herbs or spices again your choice. Some people par boil the potatoes first, again your choice, they will cook quicker if you par boil them first.

I usually cook them in the hottest oven.

Ready meals are not allowed on F & H . You need to cook them yourself from scratch unless you want to use your weekly points for them.

Slimming bread eg WW or Nimble is allowed as are crumpets. Just checked the current f & h list on the WW site and the WW wraps etc have been removed so not allowed.

Finally, I love fajitas!! On this I would only have to point the salsa right?!

Fresh salsa with no added oil is 0 pts for 30g, doritos salsa is 0 for 40g. Or make your own.
Saying that as wraps have been removed from the f & h list you would need to ppoint these so the salsa would be the least of your troubles
Do or do not, there is no try. (Yoda)

i make my own wraps and count them as free as i would the ww ones, ive always eaten them and lost weight so i can't see what they have added to them will make a dramatic difference as long as you only eat til satisfied

to make your own wraps (so easy)

i dont weigh just do it by eye

    to make 8 wraps
5 x tbsps of flour, mix of white and brown is good

    drizzle of olive oil
    boiling water
mix together to form a dough, cover with tea towel and rest for 5/10 mins
pull off a golf ball size piece and roll out on a floured surface till thin, heat up a flat frying pan or (skillet is good) (no oil ) and cook till air bubbles appear, flip over and do other side, dont cook any longer as will go hard, wrap in clean tea towel till all are cooked x

I started weight watchers last week and WW wraps and tortillas are back on the list. Good news as I prefer those to bread! ?
