Anyone had success with simply filling plan?

Hi everyone,

I wondered if anyone had had much success on simply filling? I cant fimd many posts where people have lost doing that plan.

I've tried sw before and it seems similar to that but sw seems to beva lot more popular than simply filling and I'm not sure if there is a reason for that?

If anyone has done simply filling and lost any weight by doing that I'd be grateful for any tips and to know how you found it :)

There isn't that many people posting in this part of the forum at the moment (I am but no longer doing simply filling so kind of don't count!) so sorry you haven't had more responses. Its always been a pretty small community on this bit of the forum but almost everyone who was tried and stuck with this plan has had good losses and several people I've followed on here have got to target on simply filling, so it does definitely work. And several of those people had done propoints previously and had much better losses on this plan.

I think its really good at encouraging healthy, wholesome choices. You do still need to be "portion aware" though.

Almost everyone i know that has stuck with the plan has lost with simply filling. I didn't but then I seem to be a bit of an anomoly and have had to go in a ver different direction.

Are you coming straight from doing SW or having you been doing propoints?

Hiya

I've just joined WW online, spent my whole week doing filling & healthy and lost 5.5lbs ? I was going to do simple start but wanted more options for treats. It's very much like SW extra easy but I prefer WW in that you get more choice, I can have WW wraps, pittas, smoothies, and bread without counting. So it does work!
 
Im doing a mix of pp and sf! I put my diary on the pp diary section! Did sf couple years ago 5 days a wk and 2 days pp and lost a couple lb under 3st, most of that came off in first 4 months! It does work :-D
