Hi, been doing ww pro points for a bit, 5lb off target now I lost every week apart from this week...had a heavy weekend and was off plan..put half a pound on...I had expected worse! Anyways my leader keeps banging on and on about giving it a go, the whole thing confuses me a bit... So if I were to have porridge and fruit at breakfast, a poached eggs on crumpets (2 of each) at lunch and say a baked potato with baked beans at dinner and fruit and zero greek yogurt a ww bar& caramel latte I'd still lose weight? Im confused last time I ate a baked spud the pp value was very high
