Filling and healthy.. Wetherspoons?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I wasn't sure where to post...
Anyway, I went to wetherspoons for lunch today and had a jacket potato with pulled pork and an undressed salad. I am doing filling and healthy but am fairly new to it. I know I have the 49 for the week instead of treats but am not sure how many to put for this. I know the salad is F&H but the jacket and BBQ pulled pork? If anyone could help I will be really grateful. I haven't been doing very well recently and am trying really hard at the moment.

I'm sure you would have to point the bbq sauce part of the pulled pork but not sure how many you would have to count,sorry.
