So after watching a lot of documentaries I've decided id like to go vegan for many reason but mostly because I believe it's the way to go for me. Now I'm maintaining my goal weight (I'm actually a few lbs under) I prefer f&h because counting I feel way too restricted... I'm just wondering exactly what on f&h is suitable? I know vegan is a plant based diet, so nice organic veggies & fruits is going to be a staple! I'm just looking for advice...if anyone can point me on the right path I'd be eternally in your debt!! Waiting on my PETA help start pack! I'm really worried about the possibility I may gain weight :'(
