    Diet: Cambridge weight plan then switched to weight watchers
    Height: 5ft2.2in
    Start Date: 03.06.13
    Start Weight: 13st3.4lb
    Current Weight: 8st8.1lb
    Goal Weight: 8st5lb
    Goal Date: Christmas 2013 would be nice


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 33.7
    Current BMI: 21.8
    Goal BMI: 21.3

    Total Weight Loss: 4st9.3lb

    Vegan!

    So after watching a lot of documentaries I've decided id like to go vegan for many reason but mostly because I believe it's the way to go for me. Now I'm maintaining my goal weight (I'm actually a few lbs under) I prefer f&h because counting I feel way too restricted... I'm just wondering exactly what on f&h is suitable? I know vegan is a plant based diet, so nice organic veggies & fruits is going to be a staple! I'm just looking for advice...if anyone can point me on the right path I'd be eternally in your debt!! Waiting on my PETA help start pack! I'm really worried about the possibility I may gain weight :'(

    Pulses and grains are all on the f+h list so it's very vegan friendly. Tofu is on there as is unsweetened soya milk. So it's v doable on a vegan diet

    Hi, just wanted to say hello to another ethical vegan. Don't know about WW but I've lost several stones (several times ) on SW.
    Mini Summer Target: To get to at least 15.7 by the 24th of September. This is 14lbs to go, at least 2lbs a week. WI dates: 12.08: 1lb lost 19.08 26.08 02.09 09.09 16.09 23.09

    Hi! Was just about to post - I've just rejoined WW, this time as a (new) vegan. I'm thinking of doing F&H as it looks most vegan friendly and also for a bit of change as I've never done it before!
