I'm new to ww (this is my 2nd week)
I am doing the step 2 filling and healthy with added in 49 weekly, now somehow, I expect from eating to many Jaffa cakes lol I have gone over by 7pp, (cheeky ******* going up in pp chunks) and I have only just tracked for the last 2 days on the app is this going to jeapordise my weight loss on Tuesday weigh in? Or will I be okay? Im fretting about it and I'm trying to brisk walk everywhere at work (I don't walk much at all really) I know it's 1pp earned for 5 mins brisk walk. Unless 3 hours ironing will count towards earning some back lol I'm knackered after ironing shower curtains for work lol any help would be fab x
