Fresh start again!

Hi everyone, well tomorrow will be my fresh start, i have been doing ww for over a year now i am currently 4.5lbs from goal after losing 2 stone! I have completly lost focus and need to get it back so i can finally go for free! I will be following filling and healthy and hoping to get some exercise too!

My goals are -
1. Get to goal for march.
2. Start running.

Lets hope they are both possible!

Thanks Honey-J i feel like i can definitely do this and hopefully this month! I went to buy new clothes the other day and i just felt like nothing looked nice i think its because ive just been eating the wrong foods since xmas and need to sort myself out!

I am going well so far this morning started with lemon juice and boiling water first thing and then breakfast was shredded wheat bitesize with banana and a coffee.

Im thinking of heading to the play ground with my daughter and the child that i mind so that will be serious exercise as they are only 18 months!
 
Lunch was leftover beef curry with brown rice and an apple, it was yummy and even my dayghter had some, i love that she can eat the same as me!
 
So i decided to do the simple start with two treats a day rather than my 49 for the week. Last night i had two bottles of beer while watching a boxset of revenge, im seriously addicted to it!

For dinner yesterday i had a lean pork chop, actifry chips and baked beans.

I also snacked on another apple and a melon oh and of course popcorn for my tv night!

Exercise was only a 20 minutes walk so a measly 1 point earned need to step that up if i wanna get to goal by march!
 
Ok so new day started with my boiled water and lemon, then shredded wheat bitesize and coffee.

I'm thinking of trying to make a quiche for lunch with salmon and broccoli dunno where to begin hopefully it'll work out though!

My plan for dinner then is spag bol the kiddies will enjoy that!

I want to try and earn atleast 2 activity points today will have to wait till tonight as hubby is away and too cold to take the little lady out and about! I will start my running on the treadmill see how far i can go!
 
Well my quiche was quite successful although the kids only ate the broccoli! I will def be making it again!
 
The kiddies loved the spag bol, i made some garlic bread to go with it which was a disater to be honest! I used a sandwich thin olive oil and garlic! Wouldnt recommend it!
 
2 activity points earned running/walking on the treadmill delighted ive finally started!

Official weigh in tomorrow heres hoping for a loss even a small one would be great!
 
Weigh in today and im so nervous! Cant really tell if i'll be up or down, i had some good days and some bad i wouldnt mind staying the same!

I cannot starve myself on weigh in day as much as sometimes i wish i could.

Breakfast was a mushroom omlette with roast tomatoes and a slimbo and coffee of course!

I dunno what to do for lunch i have spag bol left over from yesterday might just have that make my life easier!

I will wait until after weigh in for dinner but i'm thinking chips, curry and egg fried rice, all homemade of course, but just as tasty if i dont over cook my brown rice as usual!
 
Well done on the loss. I'm currently 6lbs above goal. Have always pointed, am thinking of doing filling & healthy this coming week and see how I get on??
 
Thanks ross5, i love filling and healthy cant go back to pointing at all find it too restrictive now! Definitelty give it a go i know its not for everyone!

Finished my night of eating with 2 ww bars as my 2 treats. Didnt earn any activity points today back on the treadmill tomorrow evening though!
 
Unplanned day off today, trying to decide what me and the little lady will do! I suppose i'll have to go for a walk and earn some activity points!

I just had beans on toast should fill me up till lunchtime!
 
Had a successful trip to my grannys today, she had lovely fresh scones and home made apple tart, and i just had tea with my 2 sweetners that i brought!
Starving now again so i have some chips in the actifry and some curry sauce outta the freezer yummy hurry on chips!
 
Relaxing with a nice cuppa and a ww bar, usually save my treats for night time but couldnt resist could be worse though!
 
Well i ended up eating another ww bar and now having a few drinks so i think i will be counting my 49.
So far down to 45 before my drinks tonight!
Does shopping count towards exercising lets hope so cos thats all i've done!
 
So i ended up have 4 bottles of beer, seems like a waste of 20 points now! So down to 25 for the rest of the week!
I am feeling ao sick this morning not hang over sick flu sick my bones are aching i feel like curling up in bed for the day, but hubby is working and some one needs to look after my daughter, she doesnt understand sick yet so she just thinks im lazy i'd say!
Didnt feel much like eating but made a share brekkie for us 2 crumpets with choc shot and an apple! I really dont like crumpets dont know why i keep trying to like them!
 
Really struggling to eat today, just had a bowl of tomato and red pepper soup! Just wanna sleep and sleep roll on bedtime!
