Out and about all day today, the weather is brill, 15 degrees and sun is shining. Love it. Did let it steer me off on the food front, got caught out and before I knew it I was starving and wolfed down a big chicken, cheese and sweetcorn toastie on white breadpaying for it now though, but sure done and dusted now. Back on track and looking forward to my first run tonight in my new runners.
Sarah I just got new runners because my old ones had holes in the toes lol and the new one my hubby got me for Christmas were giving me a really sore knee (on the leg that overpronate (???is that even right), they gave me sore calves and a dead leg too hehe), so not great. If the ones you have feel comfy then they are fine, would worry about it. Also yip I'm doing the Flora mini-marathon in June, but I am doing one in may too up at home for donegal services (just gonna donate some money and do the run), hubby is doing the first one with me, and my sister is doing the second one with me.
This weather really does put a spring in everyones step, even the kids are in better humour.
Only 1 week on Saturday to my sisters wedding, eeeekkkkk I'm nervous so god knows how she feels lol. I'm going on Saturday to get the hubby a new suit for it, we already got our wee man a suit and the little lady a gorgeous dress, so I think I'm all set.

Hey Hey girlies, what a day!! The sun was out and we spent the whole day out and about.
21 degrees!!!!!!! I put my 3/4 length trousers on that I haven't worn since just before my wedding 6ish years ago, packed a picnic and headed out for the whole day.
A little over on cals but don't mind as I was under a few days and its the weekend!!
Sundays food diary
Breakie
- 4 cream crackers with flora light
Exercise
- some strength training with my new 22lb kettlebell (I love him, I've named him steve) - 5mins quick revolutions
Lunch/picnic
- 1 large bap with chicken, coleslaw and cheddar, pack cheese and onion tayto and a bottle of water
Exercise
- out and about walking all day so just logged 40 min slow walking
Dinner/pub snack
- 1 bruschetta, few spoons of daughters seafood chowder and 2 pints guinness
Snack - 50g dark dark chocolate :-)
Cals = about 50cals over targetStill really enjoying calorie counting, finding it more natural than ww still so I'll keep going with it.

NSV THIS WEEK - tried on my wedding dress and it fits!!! Can't believe it, I was a size 10 then and felt very slim![]()

Have both my bridesmaids dresses now. They got them online. They both fit nicely but I still wanna lose some weight before that, you reckon getting alterations if they're needed would be a big deal?

Getting alterations on the dresses will be easy enough, mine had to be altered, taken in at the sides, only took her a few hours.

11/4/11 - started Slim Fast
SF diet lasted 8 weeks and i lost 8lb
Back to it PROPER!!!! 21/5/12 - back to original fat whale as I were before i lost SF weight!!
Start weight 12st 4lb!
Now just trying to survive - exercise regular & eat healthy!
Mini goals:
