    The one that is pregnant is just tired and fed up now. The other one is recovering well, and feeling a bit better. She has to stay in hospital for about 2 weeks then she will be allowed home. I'm gonna see about going to visit her next week. I'll have to get the in-laws to watch my kids for a few days. Was so so worried yesterday. Head is busting today with the stress. Gonna go for a run tonight to try and relax x

    God I'd say it was.. yea get a good run and it'll hopefully help clear your head and de-stress you a little..

    I need to keep at it Francis, yesterdays diary proves that, that would have been a typical day for me really food wise. Just talked to my sister, she is in a lot of pain. I feel so bad for her.

    My mother in-law is brilliant, she will take the kids all the time if she could get away with it. Sometimes she just rings and asks if she can have them for the day. She's near 70 and like a 40year old. Full of energy. She mountain walks at weekends and does most of the work on the farm, in between baking and gardening. I wish I had half her energy lol.

    Just ate 1/2 a bloody easter chick with my daughter, why do I do such stupid things I'll never know, the run will have to sort that out too lol xx

    11/4/11 - started Slim Fast
    SF diet lasted 8 weeks and i lost 8lb
    Back to it PROPER!!!! 21/5/12 - back to original fat whale as I were before i lost SF weight!!
    Start weight 12st 4lb!

    Now just trying to survive - exercise regular & eat healthy!
    Mini goals:
    Feel comfy in my clothes, size 14 first then hopefully size 12
    Goal weight: 11 - 10 & 1/2 stone

    She called her Alana. She is very cute, she'll 8lb 15oz, so big enough.

    I am wrecked today, all this not sleeping and busy days are catching up. I'm gonna take it easy today I think. Hope everyone has a good day x
