Mine is all muscular aswel. So all doctors hav given up. They've even told me to take milder meds so as not to get hooked on strong ones!!
So I was told to strengthen mine aswel do getting fitter by running and doin Pilates. I find it really helps. Any classes of Pilates that suit better?

I can't find any Bróna, I'd love to do some. Will definately look into it again. My back is worse today and the spasms are driving me mad, so painful. I've taken to the bed with a book, painkillers and a heat wrap. I'm gonna try and get out for a stroll this evening if it eases up. I've definately come to the conclusion that if I don't exercise for more than 2 days my back starts to play up!!!! What painkillers do you take Bróna? I'm on Difene, but take neurofen on top of them =(

11/4/11 - started Slim Fast
SF diet lasted 8 weeks and i lost 8lb
Back to it PROPER!!!! 21/5/12 - back to original fat whale as I were before i lost SF weight!!
Start weight 12st 4lb!
Now just trying to survive - exercise regular & eat healthy!
Mini goals:
Feel comfy in my clothes, size 14 first then hopefully size 12
Goal weight: 11 - 10 & 1/2 stone

Right girls, I'm away off now for a few days to visit my sister and help around her house for a wee while (bit scared to be honest, she says she's dropped to 7 stone and I'm scared she'll look really ill and I'll cry like a baby!).
I'll be back home on Thursday night and then I'll be on here alot more posting my diaries and exercise. I've been slacking alot lately on the diet part, haven't weighted myself in a while and I won't till my skinny jeans don't feel so tight lol.
I'll be stepping up my training for the Flora 10k as well, I have a 10k this Sunday as prep to see how I go (hubby is doing this one with me).

Plan for tomorrow
BREAKFAST
* 1 slice toast with flora light
* Granny smith apple
TO DO:
* Do proper food shop
* tidy house
LUNCH
* 50g spelt pasta - left to cool
* Tuna fillet - grilled cooled and chopped up
* 1 tbsp garden peas & 1 tbsp sweetcorn
* 2 tbsp ex.light mayonaise --mix it all together and eat :-)
TO DO:
* Finish cleaning the house
DINNER
* Salmon
* 62g wholegrain rice
* stir-fried veg - what ever I get on shop trip
EXERCISE
* At least a 5k run

Thanks girlies. Really enjoyed the 10k run today. Did it in 1hr 10mins which I was delighted with. Even managed to stay within cals today including my bottle of wine which I'm gonna drink now while wrapped up in my fluffy pjs infront of the fire. Bliss :-)

Well done on the run. Inspirational for me... Kind of in the dumps because doctor recommended no running for a few days, I don't think I'll be fit for the 10km in june now?
