Today was all over the place, started off when I got up about 5 mins late, leaving no time for me to get breakie before getting kids ready. So I had a 2nd breakie after dropping little one to play school. I ate too much rubbish. 2 packets of chrisps and chocolate really is too much in one day. Gonna have to stop eating so much of that stuff!! Also had to fight with myself all day not to eat other rubbish. This is what usually happens me when I have a weekend away planned. I think I'm gonna be out of control then anyway sure I might as well just have something now too. Irrational or what.........but I resisted, hope I can for the rest of the week!!
Overall I think the week was okay, doesn't stop me being nervous about tomorrow though......
Off to bed early for me tonight. I'm so tired. Night all xx

2 packets crisps and a bit of choccie ain't too bad for a day where you had to fight the cravings!! I managed a pack smoky bacon tayto and 2 snacksize ripples, I had such a foul day all round (ended up crying of course) and mad with myself that I did it... Have to be GOOD today lol!!

Thanks girls. Just getting ready now to head off for my class. I'm still fighting the cravings.
Last time I was heading away for a weekend (down to visit my sisters) I feel off the wagon the day before and ate Mc Donalds and chocolate, and chrisps and had take away that night. I'm aiming not to do that this time hehe.
Wanna try be abit more sensible this time while away too. Should be abit easier this time though as I can't have wheat, so that's everything with flour, breadcrumbs and batter out. So no burgers, cakes, bikkies or fried foods, not even a fried sausage for breakfast (they have wheat in them!!). Have phoned the hotel and told them I'm allergic, so hopefully there will be something tasty for me there.

Well just back from class, kids fed, me fed and baby put to bed. Don't know how I feel after weigh-in. Lost 1/2lb which I'm happy with, its going the right way after all, but its smaller than whats usual for me after a good week. So 11st 8lb this week. 1lb more till my own personal target and my next silver 7, then I'll see after that...
Next week I'll be looking at a gain for my weekend away.....so I'll have to be super good now till Friday evening and get straight back to it on the Monday morning to limit the damage.
Got myself a new diary today as well, its my maintainence diary :-)) I was so happy buying it. Going to make it all prity tonight.....my god what has my life come too haha xx
