Thanks Marnie.
Was just reading some more and got a fright at the length of my diary. Really hungry today as TOTM. Trying to bulk all my meals out with free stuff. Really enjoyed all my food today. Had a craving for chocolate but didn't want to eat a bar everyday. Did this before on the old weight watchers and found that the more chocolate I eat the more I want so I'm cutting down this time. I'll have it last thing at night if I really really want it but not during the day. I'm really loving that fruit is free :-)
