ProPoints Laurie's daily food diary!

Been using Pro Points for 7 weeks now and am new to MiniMins. Thought I would share my food diary to help keep me on track. Any food ideas or tips are very welcome. xxxx :)
 
Will start with yesterday's diary as today's is not yet finished :)

Tuesday

Breakfast: Dairylea on toast 4 pp(light dairylea: 1 pp & Warburton thin: 3 pp)
WW mousse 2 pp

Lunch: Soup & sandwich 5 pp (0 point soup and again, warburton thin with ham and light philly 5 pp)
WW mousse = 2 pts

Tea:WW spicy beef pizza = 6 pts (yum:D)

Milk - 3 pp

Total = 22 pp

I'm in my 7th week now. Was finding it really good untill I put on and lost all motivation :( but back on track now so will hopefully lose at my next WI. I've lost 8lbs in total so far :) how about you? xxx
 
I did that too i went iff track after anout 12 weeks do u go to meetings. 8 lbs is really gd :) i av lost 18 in total only 10 to go till goal x

Wednesday's diary

Breakfast: Toast & dairylea = 5pp
2 x WW yoghurt = 2pp

Lunch: WW BNS & chicken curry = 6pp
2 x WW yoghurt = 2pp
Apple = 0pp

Tea:Reggae reggae chicken (5pp) & cous cous (2pp) = 7pp

Milk = 3 pts

Total = 25 pp for today :D xxx
 
Thursday's diary

Breakfast: toast & dairylea = 4 pp

Lunch: morrisons eat smart chicken meal = 7 pp
Pickled onions = 0 pp
2 x WW yoghurts = 2 pp
= 9 pp

Milk = 3 pp

Sooo.. have 13 pp left for tea ?? will update later :D xxxx
 
Didn't have time for tea.. went to the bingo and had quavers instead! :p so didn't have all my points. Does anyone know if under eating affects your weight loss by much? xxxx
 
Friday's diary

Breakfast - toast = 5pp

Lunch - Soup & roll = 5pp
Chocolate cream eclair = 4pp

Milk = 3 pp

total before tea = 17pp :)
 
They always tell you at meeting to eat all your dailies. However one day without I don't think would matter too much :) I think it's more if a person is deliberately avoiding eating them all, to try and lose more weight. Which doesn't work over long run as your dailies are your minimum your body needs to keep the metabolism going. So yeah I wouldn't worry with one day under :)

for tea i had a morrisons eat smart chilli wedge bowl. it was quite nice :) - 7pp
Weight watchers hot chocolate - 1pp which was quite nice too xxxx
 
it was very nice! thinking about adding some ww tortillas and cheese next time :) xxx
 
Saturdays diary

for some reason i find it so hard to pp at the weekends. from now on I'm going to make more of an effort! (after today as I'm so hungover and mcdonalds is calling my name!!)

most likely went over my dailies and weeklies yesterday due to the amount of wine consumed but it was a good night so i don't care :D xxxx

I was literally just posting in my own diary about how hard I find weekends!! Going to make an extra special effort today as I WI on mondays and don't want to undo this week's good work.
 
i WI on saturdays so i think I'm really lucky to pig out and have the rest of the week to be good.
even after my weekend of wine and macdonalds I'm able to lose so its fab! xxx
