Hi everyone, I'm Kay & I joined WW yesterday! well i've been losing weight since january this year by various means (mainly SW with a bit of optislim, Alli & calorie counting through in too) but over the past few months I have been messing around with the same few lbs
anyway after assessing what to do next I decided to give WW propoints a bash (i'm on 28 per day) & see what happens. I hope you don't mind me joining you all and sharing my story along the way...
