    Hi everyone, I'm Kay & I joined WW yesterday! well i've been losing weight since january this year by various means (mainly SW with a bit of optislim, Alli & calorie counting through in too) but over the past few months I have been messing around with the same few lbs anyway after assessing what to do next I decided to give WW propoints a bash (i'm on 28 per day) & see what happens. I hope you don't mind me joining you all and sharing my story along the way...

    I'm going to class but I can't weigh I first week have been good again today and got meals planned for week so here's hoping
    How are losses on WW? I'm on iPhone so can't see anyones stats

    hi all everyone!
    so as you can see I dabbled with WW for about 3 days a little while again, went back to SW (& got nowhere) so here I am back again...

    I am re-starting WW in the morning alongside increasing my daily activity from none to some I'll post my weight in the morning but am expecting in the early 13st region meaning I have put nearly a st back on since before xmas

    I have made some changes so I can now add some exercise (walking with toddler in buggy mainly) to my week which I am hoping will make a difference...

    I now have 17 weeks till our summer holiday so I desperately need to get back on track...

    please feel free to come say hi - I would really appreciate it so heres to cracking on burning some flab!!!
