Decided to start one of these as I've started to get lax in putting things in my tracker because I can't find a pen etc. Also have suspicions/fears I am under pointing at times so would welcome advice. Please excuse punctuation and spellings as I am writing from my phone.
Today I'm sick so slept in until 4!
Today I had fruit forbananas and grapes for breakfast 0pp
Chicken and spinach lasangna from ww 8pp
Bns wedges 2pp for sprsy oil and spices.
Sugar snaps for snacking 0pp
And my bold things.... Had one rose sweet and two toblerone triangles. 8pp.
So18 so far. Bit bold. Going to try do some zumba later though.

Supper: 2 healthy oat slices buttered, 2 quorn fillets 9pp, 27 pp.

I'm doing really well....I'm lucky, if i stick to something i loose weight easily....it's the motivation I lack in getting going!!! I'm a veggie, so for me, the points are pretty easy because my main basis for meals is veg anyways!!! it's after 10pm when the mind rot sets in...so now i go to bed at a child bedtime lol! xx

Two slices toast buttered low fat spread 7pp
2eggs scrambled in microwave. 4pp

Lunch
Apple, eggs are amazing for keeping you going!!!

Dinner
Quorn bolognese made with onion, pepper and onion and half a jar of light tomato sauce from supervalu thats 2 propoints. So 4pp
Instead of pasta I had roasted carrots with one teaspoon oil 1pp

Badness... Treats.
Had visitors over and didnt track what I was eating as I had so many points left.... chocolate sweets etc.. Tracked it now... 17pp!! Shameful.

Today was weigh in. was expecting a sts or gain as felt bloated n fatter and had been just lying in bed eating chocolate instead of proper food but I was 1.5 lbs down. 1 more until 1 stone 5 more until,I'm in 12's. Going to go hell for leather this week if I'm up to it with exercise again to get back on track. Wanted to lose at least 2lbs a week so will aim for 2.5 lbs next week. I can see the loss already though. Today I caught myself in a mirror and thought wow thats different! :) clothes fitting great too. Looking forward to trying on my old size 14s and them fitting. I tried on my 12s. They were my skinny jeans when I felt most confident. They were sprayed onto me and wouldnt close... I know they will though in time!!

So heres today's efforts. Was on road all day so made big breakfast and packed lunch.

Breakfast (9pp altogether)

Mushrooms fried with spray oil 1pp

Lunch (10pp)
Turkey rasher and salad sandwich 8pp
coffee 2pp

Dinner (14pp)
Chicken satay homemade 7pp

tea 1pp.

Total 33/31
2 of my last weeklies used.
New week starts tomorrow. Hope to increase exercise, try jogging, work on strenght also. Also need to work on water intake and cut down on chocolate binges!

Brilliant! I need some help. Ate very irreg ularly this week, big meals not that often, didn drink enough water, ate too much salty things and didn't do any real exercise bar one zumba session! Weighed in today as a sts. Wasn't shocked though. How are you getting on?
