Hey guys I've decided to make a diary as I feel I'm slipping a little bit so with the support of everyone on here and logging everything I eat, I may actually get to my goal weight :)
Been rather bad today and gone over my daily points and also used all my weeklies at the weekend as I weigh in on saturday mornings my weeklies start from saturday. my daily allowance is 29pp!
Start weight-16st (lost 2 and half stone slimming world)
Weight watchers start weight-13,8
1st wi-13,3
2nd wi-13,1
3rd wi-13,4 :( :(

Anyway here's my good intake......
Monday
Breakast- Weetabix and milk 4pp
Lunch- 2x ham ww rolls 7pp
French fries 2pp
Ww cookies 2pp
Hot choc 1pp
Tea-pasta 10pp cheese 6pp sauce 5pp
Bread 8pp
Curly wurly 3pp
Cadburys philli 4pp

52pp used Today eek :/

Exercise- 40 mins at the gym

Feeling pretty poo about today I were doing so well but got too over hungry n pigged out at tea time :/ gonna do better tomorrow! I need to look good in June on my holiday!!! Xxx
 
Well I've woke up this morning in a much more possitive mood and looking forward to my spin class tonight :) my plan is to eat the same breakie and lunch as yesterday but a much better tea :) xx
 
Hi Sarah,will be good to see how you get on,sounds like you're feeling more positive now which is great,I'm new to the site and have been doing ww pp for 3 weeks,am 13.8 n half right now,lost 5lbs so far.
 
That's fantastic well done :)
I do feel alot more possitive today and with the sun shining it's making me wanna look nice for summer in a skirt and strappy top :)
were similar weights so would be nice to see how well you do!

I did it a couple of years ago and did really well but stopped going to meetings plus some life style changes and the weight came back!Am doing it at home as live out in the sticks now so meetings too far away.Am enjoying it right now,like you the nice weather helps,it encourages me to walk the dog farther lol

Sorry didn't mean to write twice. I did weight watchers years ago and lost 5 stone but put it all back on!!
I'm getting on with it pretty well I'm also doing it at home as I can't afford classes so weigh myself on my wii every Saturday morning :)
 
Sounds like we are in the same boat then! I just found out today that I've been pointing my bread wrong,should be 3pp not 2!! So I've corrected it in my diary as of yesterday and won't beat myself up about the other two weeks that I pointed it wrong as I still lost weight lol

You're both doing really well! The main thing is don't focus too hard on falling off the wagon or little gains. Try to always think of your loss as an overall rather than week to week.

I'm just doing it myself too! :p
 
That's great if uve still lost weight, it's only 1 pp out so it's not a big disaster :) I'm trying not to beat myself up too much if I gain thing is I know I'm gonna as I will have done rubbish! Anyway diary today consists of:
Breakfast: weetabix and milk 5pp

Lunch 2xham ww rolls 7pp
French fries 2pp
Hot choc 1pp
Ww cookies 2pp

Tea: ww soup and hot choc 3pp
Snacks: fish cakes 9pp :/ raisens 1pp
Daily pp: 29/ 1 activity pp
Exercise:45 min spin class
Earned activity: 8pp I would say
Let myself down with the fish cakes but hey :)

ive just worked out my points again as im not going to class..and it says i should be on 31pp a day not 29 :/ well only a good thing i guess as im starving!! lol
 
Hiya,thanks for the comment about the bread,good job you rechecked about your points,I just did mine on the calculator and it said 29 so I hope that's right! Sometimes my dinners are higher then other times,good to vary it I think or boredom sets in.So don't feel bad bout the fish cakes unless they don't fill you up enough of course lol
 
Yeh I kinda tend to eat more at lunch and less at tea time but like today because I had the fish cakes and wastes points I only had enough for soup tonight so now I'm starving!! I'm a nursery nurse so it's so hard not to nibble at their food at meal times hense why I use all my points before tea! I need to get back out of this habit or maybe get some fruit instead :/ I'm just food obsessed n always hungry lol x
 
Morning :0) yea I like my food a lot aswell,never been one for starving myself,think that's why I like WW as plenty of choice with lots of food,I'm experimenting I guess right now with what meals fill me up,I'm enjoying the more healthier dinners though that's for sure! Might be worth you getting some fruit in to help with the temptation at work,i think even though I've done WW before its still a learning curve.
 
Yeh I'm really enjoying it I'm just greedy lol my friend who goes weight watchers meetings has got my some ww sweets to munch on If I get abit peckish :) there going down well today :D how u doing today?
 
I'm the same food wise,always been that way but didn't put weight on till after my first child but I'm 40 next year so last chance and all that lol aw thats good then about the WW sweets,always handy to find something like that.All ok here today,grapes,apple and yoghurt for breakfast and banana sandwich for lunch in a moment plus WW snack and crisps of course lol
 
I've always been a dumpling lol yeh the sweets have been pretty handy to be honest :) today I've had the same as yesterday but for tea some light choices chicken noodles and just a about to tuck into a curly wurly yummmmy!! And will still have 4 points left which I prob won't use. So what weight u wanting to get down to then?
 
Love Curly wurlys! Have got a couple of fudges aswell! Mainly have them at the weekend.Glad the WW sweets helped you out today.I would like to get down to 10.7 am 5ft 6,have weighed less but it's a good weight for me,how about you?
