Kerry's pregnancy diary
Hi everyone, I had a diary on here but somehow managed to delete it when I made calorie counting diary! Safe to say I didn't stick to that very long! Few of u may know me as kezzalicious ( Kerry) anyhow I'm back here again as it seems it's the only diet I have ever really stuck to. I can't diet alone and need the support of class n getting weighed in front on someone. I'm goin to a class this Monday but will b goin to wed meetings after that so I have a good wk n half to lose a substantial amount ( hoping for 5lb)! !
I'm goin on holiday in sep to las Vegas so I want to feel great in my bikini :)!! No more swapping n changing diets now, I'm doin ww n sticking to it! Gonna b fairly good up until mon but as from mon it's pro points all the way!! :)
I think I weigh 10st 9 now, so that's 9lb gain since nov! :-/ ... Would love to b 9 st! Or even 9st 7!!

Feel free to follow guys n give me any words of wisdom! Old n new friends welcome :) x x

so I've got my first wi tomorrow! Not looking forward to it at all, totm started today n feel
So bloated ( partly from all the food! ) haha!
I'm actually looking forward to starting the diet tho n sticking to it x

So been weighed Ton n starting weight is 10st 10. So that's 1st tenlb I would like to lose!! :-/

Think I will have gone into weeklies by about 5 today but that's ok as its nothing compared to the unhealthy days I've been having! Will update diary later x

Today's diary- Monday 16th April

Breakfast - porridge n milk - 6
Special k bar - 2
Milk in tea's - 3

Lunch - tin makeral n salad - 6

Tea- salmon with terriake marinade n salad - 7

Snacks - ww choc n popcorn bar ( yummy) - 2
Few skittles - 2
Sunburst crisp - 3

Yeh I think so! Do u not go to meetings? Prob can order from the ww mag x
 
No just do it at home,should be getting the mag when I go shopping on Wednesday,will have a nose,they sound yum those bars!
 
Woke up feeling good today, less bloated from not eating crap!! Had bran flakes with Yog flakes ( yummy) although u don't get a lot for 4pp! Haha
