Hi everyone, I had a diary on here but somehow managed to delete it when I made calorie counting diary! Safe to say I didn't stick to that very long! Few of u may know me as kezzalicious ( Kerry) anyhow I'm back here again as it seems it's the only diet I have ever really stuck to. I can't diet alone and need the support of class n getting weighed in front on someone. I'm goin to a class this Monday but will b goin to wed meetings after that so I have a good wk n half to lose a substantial amount ( hoping for 5lb)! !
I'm goin on holiday in sep to las Vegas so I want to feel great in my bikini :-)!! No more swapping n changing diets now, I'm doin ww n sticking to it! Gonna b fairly good up until mon but as from mon it's pro points all the way!! :-)
I think I weigh 10st 9 now, so that's 9lb gain since nov! :-/ ... Would love to b 9 st! Or even 9st 7!!
