Hi :0) I'm on my 8th week of WW and am following the pro points plan.Was recommended that I start a food diary so here I am!So far my weight has gone from 13.13.5 to 12.10(and a quarter) am aiming to get to 10.7.Im upping my exercise as I go along.Ive lost inches too which I'm pleased about,1 inch off my arms,7 and a half off my waist,2 and a half off my hips and 4 and a half off my thighs.Please feel free to comment,offer advice etc,thanks :0)
 
Yayy you've started one :) ur weight loss is fantastic and what amazing inches!! Looking forward to seeing your food diary!!
 
Oh and i have photos now.will wait till lose another stone then take more,hopefully there will be a noticeable difference lol

Ahh I see lol I've got photos from when I went on holiday last year and before that....not looking good lol

I could stick the ones of me now up though I have no head in them lol
 
Ok so far I've had

Breakfast;apple grapes yoghurt 1pp

Lunch;ham salad with WW snack bar and Quavers 5pp

Planning on pizza wraps tonight,will update later.
