Hi all, im new to this so thought i would start a diary and a general blog so i can write down how im feeling and write my foods that ive eaten down. if anyone reads this and notices ive pointed something wrong or see's that i could be doing something different to help me then please say as i need all the help i can get. Many thanks and happy journies everyone :D p.s i am on 29 pp a day.

Monday 14th may. Day 1

1 piece brown toast-3pp
1 spoon jam-1pp
1 quorn sausage-2pp
salad-0pp
1 tbsp raisins-2pp
sugar free angel delight-2pp
strawberries-0pp
1/2 pint semi skimmed milk-4pp
sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp-2pp
weight watchers ready meal-7pp
1/10 of a chocolate birthday cake-6pp (bad i no but other halfs bday lol)

So this is my first day. how do you think it looks. any advice would be brill. I also drank sugar free juice and water aswell. I will try and post every day so i have something to look back on and so i can get any help and advice and maybe help others with ideas :D

even though i still had 2 points left today i seemed to have snacked alot, think its got alot to do with work, i do a desk job and lone work alot so sometimes get quite bored and snacky, also ive benn doing alot of lates at work so have been buying ww meals, i need to star cooking more meals and bringing them in oreoared. need days off :)

Hi em, thanks for the reply. 4 weeks is brill and congrats on the weight loss, 5.5lbs in week 1 is very impressive. hope mine is that good on my first weigh in on monday. its just so much easier eating the ww meals isnt it, exspecially when working shift work. i dont get alot of spare time so the time i do have i dont really want to be cooking loads lol. im actually finding it quite easy really, ive stuck to it and havent deprived myself and have tacked everything that passes my lips every day, just hope it pays off :) x

i have my fingers crossed for you. haha lol well im addicted to my boyfriend lol, just want to spoend all my time with him when not at work and not in the litchen lol, but hes moving in very soon so il probly end up cooking for him so will cook healthy meals for myself, well thats the plan :8855:yes i think pointing everything is the best way, otherwise your just deluding yourself :)

well i want to get down to 10st 10lbs, dont really have a date in mind but want to loose a stone by the 28th july, which is my yearly bouncy castle/bbq birthday bash :) so i have ten weeks.

ive nopticed we have the same goal and are around the same stats although im a tad heavier lol :)

we can do this together :) xxxx

yes we do :) my goal date isnt the same now :D just havent got round to changing it!! my goal really is to get the weight off sensibly and keep it off! preferably this year :)! would like to loose another stone for the summer!! so 28th July/Summer v similar!! so lets make that our goal!! loose a stone within that time! thats about 10 weeks.....an average of 1.4lbs a week we can sooooooo do that!!! deal?! :)

mine too!!! he could eat McDonalds and KFC all day long and not put on a 1lb and he's all muscle too....annoying!!!!

o yes defo love this site!!! i dont go to group, i do it online so its nice to find people in similar situations!!! :D i weigh on Fri morn. so tomo :S eeeeek!!! im nervous!!!!

Yep dan (my man) lives off of mcdonalds lol. Or pizza or cheese and chip wraps, my favouites lol. Oh right i considerd doing it online but then i though id want the support of a group and the knowledge of someone else weighing me.
Na i dont mind, im 27 eekk lol. So want to get to a sustainable good weiht b4 my 30's and before i think about having a baby lol. If im skinny to start with im hopeing i wont baloon to much lol. Not that thats gunna happen yet lol.

omg Steve (my man) lives off like ridiculously high calorie things!!! you know like the whole processed things that come covered in cheese and grease.......his favs haha!! pizza! o god....not that im bitter at all that he doesnt put on weight! hahaha!

well i think that is certainly do-able!!! you have plenty of time!!! yes thats my thoughts!!! before a baby is on the cards to get healthy etc and then whilst pregnant....hello perfect excuse to give into "cravings"! lol

thing is with me is if i miss one week of group then i wont go back the next day! and if i know i've not lost then i wont go ! vicious cycle! so far i've weighed every friday without fail, i've updated my online tracker everyday without fail! so until i stop doing those im ok doing it online!!! would have given up tho without people on here!!

im looking forward to beans and cheese on toast at lunch :D yummy!!! feeling cold today so want something yummy and warm! :D comfort food!!

i dont own scales at home so i make sure i dont weigh so untill i get on them at the group i have no idea if i have lost or not.
yum beans and cheese on toast tastes yummy :) i had a tuna and pasta salad which wasnt too great, i love sauce, mayo and salad cream but hate wasting points on sauce so only had 2 spoons of mayo and it jus wasnt saucy enough for me :( i have 15 points left for today but fancy something major yummy for tea lol, been good though and not used any of my weeklies yet, do you use yours?
Im a mental health recovery worker for rethink mental illness. My job is mainly officed based so ofen get the munchies lol.

Well for the first two/three weeks i used my weeklies but only if i went out for dinner or something like that, this week i havent used much as havent been out to dinner, we went to cinema tho and i had some popcorn is 14pp for a medium bag, i had some of Steves LARGE bag, not even a medium portion but i pointed as 14 weeklies to be safe!!!

i m a project co-ordinator (training to become project manager) for a company that buys and consolidates bomb disposal equipment, mainly we sell to the middle east but also all over the world! started in sep' 11. Before i was a PA at Lloyds Banking Group in one of their head offices. xxxxx

yer tbh because im usually at my bf's house most of the time i tend not to weigh myself at home too much! which is gd!!!

im out on Saturday night for my bday :)! and i cannot wait!!! pp's will def be out the window! i dont plan to count anything on sat night! but then i've got day planned sunday my mum has planned something for me and steve to do! no idea what! then monday (my actual bday) me and steve are out to lunch somewhere.

im going to do ww all the times apart from like sat night, mon lunch and tues dinner (out for mexican with dad) otherwise i could quite easily put all the weight bk on!! :)

yes, popcorn isnt too bad considering the amount you actually get! :D i cant wait to see MIB 3!!! :D

sounds gd, i know when i got my first office job the weight piled on!!! grr!!!

Im starting to feel really great, used to feel sluggish and bloated but now belly is flat :)

Yeah thats defo good, thats what il do if i ever have too, just because you have a bad meal doesnt mean its got to be a bad day :)

Brill thanks for that hun. Ive worked out how to work the points out now if its more than one item :)
