Hello all I'm new on here well a few days ago I joined. Anyway gave up smoking over a year ago and am now trying to lose the extra weight I gained plus I was already overweight! In total need to lose 2 stone. Anyways I'm doing weight watchers. So thought I Would join in here for tips, encouragement, and a few laughs lol. Anyway think this is where i write my food diary. I'm sure I will find out soon enough. Any way hello all
THIS POST IS 2 YEARS OLD!! AT LEAST 3 STONE TO LOSE:-(

I think I'm following your diary! Still trying to get the hang of things! Although my diary will be all about handy bought food! I don't have much time to cook! basically I will just be like the shopping guide on propoints lol,

Haven't seen you on my diary yet? I don't have time to cook from scratch either feel free to pop over for food ideas xx

Wishing you every success on your weight loss journey. Every time I feel like giving up I come on this site and it motivates me to keep at it. Looking forward to reading your diary. My weakness is wine aargh.
If you fancy a low point lunch or tea there is aovy recipe for feta stuffed peppers 4 points or 7 for 2. They are really yummy x x

What I ate today

Firstly I done a 20 min jog before work WITHOUT collapsing!

Breakfast: 1 slice brown bread butter 3pts with
1 egg 1 egg white. Milk. 4 pts

Lunch small ceasar salad with 1 slice of chick breast. From tesco whole bag is 10 pts only had half, it's gorgous thou! 6pts

Snack. Skips. 2 pts

Dinner weight watchers meal tomato and basil chicken(didn't really like it thou). 7 pts raging!!


So far used 22 pts weigh in tomoro so might just snack on fruit! Although my hand might grab a bottle of coors out of the fridge later 4 pp

Yayy first diary day done!

No doing it at home have the books and the app, didn't want to join AGAIN!! Bought a nice shiny new ww scales too.

Yea I do it at home aswell,suits me and this site keeps me going,good luck for wi tomorrow :0)
