Ok so ive decided to gym in the morning. I've also worked out that I have 14 weigh ins till Xmas so I'm aiming for a pound a week to be a stone lighter by Xmas! I can do this!!!

Thanks Hun. You have done sooooo well, I remember you from ages ago. Your determination has definitely paid off. I feel really determined now. I'm also finally ok with the idea of slowly and surely. Yea slow n steady I think is the way to go. I'm proof it's easier to keep off that way. Planning got the week ahead is also a really good idea. It's not always possible but as much as u can. Feel free to ask anything at all. If I can help at all I will![]()

Hellooooo my lovely ladies! It seems like bloody forever since I was below 10, I was moaning then about getting to 9st 7, I'd do anything to be 10 stone now haha! Weekend was good, I pointed all sat night, alcohol included but I was so bloody ill yesterday and I ate rubbish! Toast, McDonalds meal, roast dinner and fruit flan haha! AND we have a huge pizza which we didn't manage to cook over the weekend so we have that tonight coz it won't fit in the freezer haha! So I've been good all day and will restart the pointing!!!![]()
