2013 Start weight13st12lb

Here I am again! I am either like a bad penny or a boomerang!
After a lot of soul searching yesterday, if I want my diet to feel natural so that I am not over thinking it all the time I need to follow something as natural as possible. I think most of you know that I am TTC so I need to stop messing around with my eating plan and follow a plan that is normal as possible so that I can continue with it once my I am lucky enough to get that positive result
I got weighed this morning and I have put 6lbs on however on a positive note I have lost 6.5lbs since the start of January so all is not lost!
I think my days will mostly be SF unless I have had a long old drive back up north! I will also try and incorporate as much protein into my diet as possible as it clearly works. That said, i do have a bowl of porridge at the side of me
B: Porridge & milk - FREE
L: Not sure yet, possible tuna & egg salad
D: Steamed cod with green beans, babycorn, swede with parsley sauce 3PP
It's hard trying to remember the points values of things so I may be asking a lot of questions as my ww membership has expired x
