I joined WW on Thursday after gaining 7lb during a manic 3 week birthday bonanza!! (Well the birthday was the excuse!)
So I'm 10 st 7.
I want to be 9 st 10 so I have a few pounds leeway.. Lowest ive ever got to is 9 st 11.5
Have done the old ww twice and got to goal - which was 9 st 12, but life got in the way!
This time I want to crack it for good and sort maintenance out.
Most recent diet was CD which took me to 9 st 11.5... maintained around 10 pretty well with the odd gain after a heavy weekend and loss the following week.
I'm on 26 points a day and will try to use weeklies to start off with! Have been to the gym yesterday and today and also doing the 30 day shred.
Took measurements thurs but ww online tracks them in cm rather than inches but they are as follows:
Hips - 96.5
Waist - 85
Arms - 30.5
Bust - 94
Thigh - 57
Hopefully Thurs will see a nice weight loss and measurement loss too!!
