    Ok so day 1, so far I've had

    Snack a jack with chic philli - 2points
    Shreddies with skimmed milk - 4 points
    1 mini frontage fries - 1 point
    1 apple
    1 satsuma

    Feeling ok, walked 15 mins into work this morning, including the horrible hill =( ( hoping that will start to get easier lol)
    21 points left.... Any suggestions for tea?
