    Unhappy Do you use your points for coffee and tea?

    I recently started WW again with the ProPoints system (online) and discovered that 1tsp of sugar is worth one point. Since this discovery I have been setting aside 3 points a day specifically for the 3 cups of coffee I have per day. Is anyone else doing this?

    On the old system, 1 tsp of sugar was free

    I count 1pp per cup of tea, which is sugar and splash of milk. It's never affected my weight loss x
