    finally been to a ww meeting after puting it of am so suprized i have stayed the same as i was be4 xmas but have been workin so mabe tha has helped me i am a bit shocked how they dont do the wheel calcalotor no more havnt read the books yet will do that 2morow is it safe to say 60 calories is 1point i know its nothing to do with calories but i do think it may help me till i buy a calcalutor xx starting weight 13 10 8/1 2013

    thursday iv been lookin at my diary and am using a lot on snacks i am wondering if this is ok tommorow i will be making changes to my breakfast and dinner

    monday ate far to much feel discuisted in myself am gona change my weigh in day so it will be 11 30 instead of 6 than am going to go boots and get weighed see if there the same i think paying 6 25 to get weighed is to dear atm am just so unsure if weight watchers is me x
