HI everyone! Thought I would introduce myself and start a food diary so other people can see it - for two reasons:
1. If other people can see what I am eating then I will be less inclines to eat rubbish! (in theory anyway!)
2. If I am going wrong, someone might be able to point it out for me?
I am 14st5 at the minute (or thereabouts - my scales aren't especially reliable, yet another reson why I need to get to a class!) but I am aiming, for now at least to get to 11st.
I currently get 35 daily points.
So, I am Erin, 24 years old and I study Sociology at uni. I was on WW during the summer ad lost 13lbs in a relatively short amount of time, but when I went back to uni it was too expensive to go to meetings etc. Plus all the drink doesn't help!
But I weighed myself yesterday and discovered I had put 3lbs back on over Christmas, so until I can get to a meeting I am just going to go it alone. My loan has not come in yet, so will just be eating the food I have in the house - so please excuse the odd combinations!
