    Hello!

    I've just lost 50lb with Exante and instead of using it until I reach my goal weight, I'm going to start Weight Watchers online to lose the last stone or so. I thought it'd be better to start the good eating habits now, so here we go

    I'll start a food diary in here tomorrow xx
