Does having a food diary help??!
Hi All,
I'm probably posting this in the wrong section but do you find having a food diary helps with your weight loss?
I need something to keep me on the straight and narrow and I think maybe having a food diary could be it.

I find I need it, the fact that others will know what I'm eating keeps me going. Sure try it for a while and see how you go. The support is great x
