Hello i am new to this so all help appreciated.

I want to lose a 1½ stone that i have put on over the past 4 years it has been creeping up and up and now its got to go.
 
Breakfast: = 4pp

2 cups of tea (semi-skimmed milk 100ml) (1) 1 slice homemade chilli bread (1) 10g Clover lighter (1) 1 cup vending machine coffee white (1) 1 slice of melon (0)

Snack: = 2pp

16 blackberries (0) 1 Apple (0) 2 lotus biscuits (2)

Lunch: = 5pp

2 slices homemade chilli bread (3) WW low fat dairy spread 10g (0) WW reduced fat cheese slice (1) Spring Onion (0) 1 cup vending machine coffee white (1)

Dinner: = 27pp :sign0007:

Indian restaurant: ½ portion newabi chicken (12) 1 poppadom (4) ¼ Garlic Naan (3) tbsp Mango Chutney (1) 2 175ml Dry white wine (8) dry lamb tikka 4 pieces (6)

Hi Leanne,

gutted that i am going out to eat as i was doing so well today i've had a look at the menu and there isn't much else i like that has lower points and i am also going away at the weekend so i am probably not going to lose anything this week i have been trying to save my weekly points up but tonight is going to take quite a few

Hmmm this is the thing...last week It was my aisters birthday. Had curry one night with cupcakes and Millie's cookies, then went in a night out had copious amounts of alcohol, party food before I went out THEN chips and cheese when I got back, then hangover food All day :/ hoooorrrrendous! Lol I put in 4lbs but I don't regret it!! It's a life change. If I hadn't of told myself I was going to let it g for the weekend I would have failed and given up the plan I think! I think you have to see it as a life change! And life I full of birthdays and 'treats' so you have to have these days/weekends! X

Weighed in this morning STS still 11st 8lb but wasn't really surprised as i havent done very well all week :cry:
