So I am starting again with weight watchers tomorrow. I have pcos and really struggle with loosing weight but I need to loose 4 stone to be considered for ivf so I am going to stick with it this time, even if it takes me a year!

Ok so day 1 yesterday and had the below -
Breakfast
Oat so simple syrup pot - 6
Banana
Lunch
Light choices chicken and bacon pasta - 12
Ww rice pudding - 3
French fancy - 3
Dinner
Roll - 5
Ww marge - 0
62g chicken breast - 2
Other
Fruit polo - 4
Half pint milk - 4
Total - 40/41
