Only one week in and finding it tough so I'm keeping a diary on here in the hope it will be another tool to help me! Lost 1.5lb last week, was happy enough considering I wasn't 100% strict. Starting weight 11st 12lb, goal weight 9st 1lb!!!

Was told I'm allowed 26 but up to 29 if needs be!
