    Food diary

    Hi!!!

    Just bought a new exercise book to track food but thought it might be better to do it online. I have lost about 6 stone in 3 years but over Xmas put on 7lbs and it keeps going up so I need to get my head in the game!

    I'm 5ft 6in and weigh in at 10st 6lb today.

    So.....
    Breakfast
    Aldi hot oat cereal - 3pp
    Skimmed milk - 1pp
    Greater dark choc - 2pp
    Cut up banana - 0pp Total: 6pp

    Snack - chocolate rice cake - 2pp
    Apple

    Lunch
    Stuffed pasta 7pp
    Red pesto 1 pp
    Brown bread 2 pp
    Flora light 1pp. Total; 11


    Snack: yogurt - 4pp

    Dinner
    Roast turkey
    Roast potatoes
    Parsnips
    Carrots
    Gravy
    Yorkshires. Total 10pp

    Total for today is 33pp
    (I get extra coz I'm breastfeeding)

    My rest day for exercise is today as I'm training for a half marathon and ran 5 miles yesterday. I won't be using my exercise points but I will use my weeklies if I need to.

    Ok so since I wrote that post I had like 4 extra chocolate rice cakes and more potatoes than mentioned.

    I think I will have to double check the pro points now.
