    old points food diary

    well after trying & trying with propoints i am going back to the old/discovery way of points)

    b. 30g shreddies & bit of sskim milk 2pts

    L. 3 finger rolls 8.5pts
    3 jumbo hot dogs!!! 6pts

    17pts so far!!!!

    D. plain jacket potatoe 3pts
    ww 0pp spread, i hoping its 0pts as well
    large salad or veg

    im also doing discovery apparently the ww spread is 0.5 points but i might be wrong :/ according to Weight Watchers Points Calculator its 0.5 anyways but not sure if thats accurate.
    how many points do you have? i have 19
