New at any weight loss plans
Hi everyone :). Iv read some of people's posts and you seem to be doing really well. This is my first time at trying to do a weight loss club and unsure how I feel about it all lol. Last year I lost over 2 stone but did it by using slim fast witch was great but I had my ups and down lol.
This is my first week trying weight watchers and have to say I'm enjoyed my first day :). I'm really hoping I can lose like I did last year. I have put on about a stone since I lost my weight :( but I'm happy I haven't put it all back on. Is there any advice that anyone could give me?
I will use this as my weekly up date of how I'm getting on lol thanks everyone xx
