    New at any weight loss plans

    Hi everyone . Iv read some of people's posts and you seem to be doing really well. This is my first time at trying to do a weight loss club and unsure how I feel about it all lol. Last year I lost over 2 stone but did it by using slim fast witch was great but I had my ups and down lol.

    This is my first week trying weight watchers and have to say I'm enjoyed my first day . I'm really hoping I can lose like I did last year. I have put on about a stone since I lost my weight but I'm happy I haven't put it all back on. Is there any advice that anyone could give me?

    I will use this as my weekly up date of how I'm getting on lol thanks everyone xx

    Very happy done my first week and stuck by by all week. Only had 5 points left for the hole week lol. And I lost 3lb this week very happy. Going to add exercise this week hope I can loss 2lb xx

    Well done on your weight loss! 3lbs is fab! I find that the first week of WW you always lose a good amount and then it's normally 1-2lbs a week, sometimes 0.5lbs! I've been doing it for a few weeks now but only just completed my first on track week (too many social outings!) and I've also managed to shift about 2-3lbs! So I'm happy

    The only tips I have really are to plan your weeks out so when you go shopping you only buy what you need, and also shop on a full stomach! I try to bulk up all my meals with veg and I always make sure I have something nice everyday. Be it a nice yogurt, a mini mars bar or a chocolate mousse! I couldn't survive without my sweet treats!

    I did SW last year and it didn't work for me but I did get a lot of support on the SW feed. I have noticed that there are not as many people on the WW feed so it's sometimes hard to get the support you need. I find it really helps when people comment on my thread but it doesn't happen very often!

    Awwww thank you do much on your kind words honey and I have to say you are doing so well to .

    I agree with you on the slim fast news feed I had so many people that I spoke to on a weekly bases but on this one no one (apart from you) has said anything. I'm always around to chat or help anyway I can .

    Also I'm the same can't go with out my sweet things I do try and have a treat everyday . I have so many points at the mo and do find it hard to fit them all in lol. Iv been 100% so far lol just hope I don't get bored lol. I love salad so that's a good thing. Also find sugar free jelly is a help as its free and love the water melon one lol.

    I'm so happy with any loss . I think I would have lost more last week but been doing different diets out of the last month lol. But after just over a week my skin feels better, I look at food different and seem to enjoy counting everything lol.

    You're welcome and thank you! It's really, really nice to know someone is reading what I get up too, really does motivate me when people comment and leave tips and ideas! It's a gentle little push in the right direction! We can support each other

    Oooh yes I agree I love the sugar free jellies! They are nice with yogurt mixed in. Might have one later!

    I'm happy with any loss too, 1/2 lb is just as welcome as 2lbs! It all adds up

    Yes I've noticed that my skin feels better too, it's less spotty! I'm trying to drink more water too as that makes me feel less hungry. I'm getting on OK this week, but it's my birthday next Tues so I imagine I'll be eating a few naughty things! Off to Nandos tomorrow too so doing some research on what to eat to fit into my plan!

    It will be nice to help each other Hun . My sister has Nandos a lot Hun and she did tell me points but can ask if you wanted to no . She's the one that got me started on all this as she's lost a lot and looks amazing lol.

    Glad your having a gd week . Iv been ok but today all iv wanted is choc lol. But iv had some and added it into my points . Went to the gym today to witch was nice.

    Oooh yes please! PP for Nandos would be great! What are the best things to eat points wise? I'm going tonight and have seen a few things with points... don't worry if you can't get them How long has she been on the WW diet for? A few of my friends also do it and have lost loads. My cousin who barely has any to lose has been on it for 2 weeks and has lost 7lbs! She does stick to it better than me though haha, I just keep getting asked out for meals!

    Haha I always have Choc craving days. I've bought some mini mars bars and I keep them in the freezer. I tend to treat myself to one after every meal!

    I need to go to the gym more! How often do you go? I'm still feeling the strain from Tuesday session! I can't go again this week but will aim for hopefully 2 sessions next week. But again I'm busy! Monday I have a friend over, Tuesday it's my birthday, Wed it's the Easter Fayre, Thurs I'm free and Fri I'm out! I never thought my social life would get busier with age! haha.

    Thank you for the nice words, and I'm sure you'll lose this week! I saw someone who wrote down everything in an actual dairy too and made it really creative. I think I might do that! Take some pics of myself in a bikini to track how much I'm losing! May start that tonight!

    It could be good for you to write down on here what you eat as when I have a bad day I tend to look back at what I've eaten.... helps my plan out my days more!

    I think I'll be buying some jellies tonight

    I think in going to start that writing down on here what I eat so like you said can look back when you have a had a bad/week.

    My sister has been doing it about 2 months and has lost over a stone . She's doing well but I never thought she needed to lose it lol.

    You're lucky, I wish I hated cake! I also wish I hated chocolate, sweets, bread, crisps, cream..... any of the bad things! haha.

    Aw 5, a cute age! I love all the funny things kids say! They can be so entertaining!

    I love all sweet things, I try to find the lowest possible points for any kind of cake/choc/sweet treat I can have!

    I love to bake. I do bake cakes quite often but never for anyone else. I don't think I'd have the confidence in my own skills! Baking some on Sunday hopefully (if I don't have a hangover) to bring into work on my birthday on Tuesday! x
