My food battle/ diary :0)
I done ww many years ago and lost about a stone. I have 3.5 stone to loose now. I a, feeling very determined this time.
Started yesterday and this is my food diary. Please help me along the way if you have any thoughts, criticisms etc.
Breakfast 2 x toast 5pp
2 x laughing cow triangles 1 p&p
1 egg omelette with 1 slice of ham and onion 3pp
Ww crackers with laughing cow spread 3pp and side salad 0pp
Ww micro meal 11pp plus side salad 0pp
Pineapple and banana and grapes 0pp
Rich toffee bar 2pp
Ww cookies 2pp
Ww crisps 2pp
28 daily pp plus 1 weekly
