    My food battle/ diary :0)

    Hi all.


    I done ww many years ago and lost about a stone. I have 3.5 stone to loose now. I a, feeling very determined this time.

    Started yesterday and this is my food diary. Please help me along the way if you have any thoughts, criticisms etc.

    Breakfast 2 x toast 5pp
    2 x laughing cow triangles 1 p&p

    Lunch

    1 egg omelette with 1 slice of ham and onion 3pp
    Ww crackers with laughing cow spread 3pp and side salad 0pp

    Dinner
    Ww micro meal 11pp plus side salad 0pp


    Snacks
    Pineapple and banana and grapes 0pp
    Rich toffee bar 2pp
    Ww cookies 2pp
    Ww crisps 2pp

    28 daily pp plus 1 weekly

    2 x normal bread 5 plus laughing cow x 2 = 6

    Banana

    Lunch

    Omelette with 1 egg and ham 3
    Loads of salad
    Crackers plus laughing cow = 3

    Rich toffee bar 2

    Dinner

    Cottage pie ww recipe 11 pp
    Salad and veg 0pp

    Choc and vanilla bar 2
    Meringue 1
