New to points
Hello all! I originally did sw then at Xmas decided to do ww but the filling and healthy plan which I've lost 2 1/2 stone on since Xmas but this week I've decided to do a week of pro points however I'm worried I will gain going from one to the other in case my choices on pp aren't as healthy! Hope that makes sense and hope someone can help put my mind at rest xx
