Right few weeks going to classes and not lost a lot at all given I lost 7lb in my first week so I've lost 12lb total and I have a lot more to lose too. So I am determined to stick to it, and started exercise classes this week. I wi on Saturday morning's at ww class.

Todays food -

Breakfast -
Cheese omelette 7pp

Lunch -
Pom bears 2pp
Mug shot 5pp
Yogurt 2pp

Tea x 4 with milk and sugar 4pp

Dinner -
Weight watchers tikka masala 9pp

No exercise points earned
1.5 pints of water

Chicken for breakfast 5pp

Ham salad wrap 6pp yogurt for lunch 2pp

Snack before gym was chicken and some crisps 10pp

It's the kids party today, Naomi has had me up all night I got two hours sleep if I'm lucky. Jack however is still asleep don't believe it. Today is going to be great if I can get motivated xx
 
Kids had such a fab party in was amazing, I don't think I was too bad with food either. I have just picked for two days, gone over points but by picking not had a single meal! So I don't think I've done too much damage.

Saturday wi I lost 2lb bringing me to a loss of 3st 12lb so close to the 4st mark and I'm now in the next stone bracket.

Tomorrow's food plan will be -

Breakfast -
Two yogurts 4pp
Milk allowance 2pp

Lunch -
Mug shot tomato 7pp
Crisps 2pp

Snack -
Birthday cake ??

Tea -
Chicken chargrill and omelette 8pp

Wow I can't believe the last time I was on my diary was 23rd June!
I've been major busy, works been busy we've been out and about a lot more in our free time with the kids were went to Kielder Forest this Sunday it was an amazing day!!

Anyway diet not going great if keep falling off track.
Just to update -
Weight loss since Naomi born is 3st 13lbs just 1lb away from the 4st mark.
1st 12.5lbs of that is with my ww classes.
3st 11lb to lose to get my initial target. Still a long way to go x
 
Today I've had -
Breakfast - Apple and yogurt 1pp
Snack - Ww cereal bar 2pp
Lunch - Soup 2pp, yogurt 1pp, mint bar 2pp, velvet crunch 2pp. Babybel 1pp
Snack - Melon and grapes
Tea - Chicken chargrill salad with salad cream 11pp
Dessert - Ice cream 4pp

Milk allowance 2pp

Total - 28pp
 
So this week I've done great but scales not showing it. I'm not very happy about that. It's like the harder in try the worse off I am.
Jack not been well bless him so a bit stressed about that.
Works been so busy I'm just shattered.
I'm loving the weather just wish I could enjoy it more. Naomi had her 1 year check today and they were very pleased so no problems there.

I've lost 10.5 inches in the last month but there's nothing coming off my arms its getting me really stressed out.
4 weeks today until I go away to Keswick in can't wait for our long weekend away xx
 
Hiyer! Iv started ww again too! We can do it!!

Hope jack feeling better soon teddy been whingey all day so I'm hoping he isn't coming down with something xx
 
Aww no its awful when their ill especially in this weather. Good luck with ww hun, I need this weight off by Christmas xx
 
I'm hoping for the same too, 9 WI til my birthday which I need to lose another 9lb by and then 13 WI to Christmas which ill aim for another stone by and after Christmas if I stick to it I will only need to lose less than half a stone! x
 
Well after two weeks off the plan I've gained 5.5lb not quite as bad as I thought but bad enough! Back on track today, for now. Hope it stays that way. Would like another 2st off by Christmas xx
 
Hey hun yeah go general they are alright, managed to get Jack potty trained in the space of two days and he's been dry for over two weeks now.
Naomi doing great but she's a right cheeky little monkey sometimes, not naughty just very clever and doesn't listen if there's an audience.
I desperately want the 2st off at least but that will only take me just under the 13st mark and goal is 11st so still quite a bit to go.
How you getting on? Xx
